I mentioned the other day that I'm selling my 441 triple range on September 3rd and Hughes 1955 wanted me to post some pictures. We were baling hay today and I was just too darned tired to move other tractors to get her out of the shed, so I took some from where she sits (dust dirt and all. You can see she's not a trailer queen and she's in her work clothes. Just too old and tired to argue with this darned puter any more tonight

So what happens here is your phone as a little chip inside of it the knows its spatial orientation. It's how it always flips the screen around to be ride side up for you. This orientation information is embedded into images you take as metadata for other software to look at and make sure things are right side up.

Unfortunately, the forum software they are using doesn't support exif data on images apparently, so it's pretty common they show up here upside down. The most correct way to prevent that is to hold the phone sideways with the "top" in your left hand and "bottom" on the right. The button to take the picture is usually on the right as well.
