Case / Brown 1175 3-point won't go down

With seat removed and turning the lever manually still won't make the 3-point stay down. What has be taken off to get to the control valve?

have you tried using a loader to push down on the arms yet? if they sit up too long I have heard of them rusting the piston a bit and you have to push them down, then they work fine again,, may not be your issue,,, the DOM valve has to be pulled if the issue is in it

Yes and the arms slowly jerk their way back up, like it must be the DOM valve leaking. Thanks for the reply.
