1370 hyd quit wotking?

Was cutting hay today with the 1370 an got to the end and she wouldn't lift the haybine up. The other set of hyd swing the haybine just fine so I swapped them but it still wouldn't lift it then it did but I lowered it an nope wouldn't lift it again. Tryan another tractor on it an it raised just fine so it isn't the haybine, Changed the filters but they looked good and still no change she wouldn't lift it.

What could it be?

I use oil from the case dealer. The other thing that's odd is when I go to raise something with the hyd I noticed that the 3pt drops. I don't have time to test the pressure at the cuplers right now to much hay to cut an off to get another tractor on it. Any help would be great thanks!!!

The problem is more than likely in the remote valve, but before blaming it a pressure and flow test should be done on the hyd. pump. Rod.
