Case-o-matic running temperature?

I have a temperature scanning tool that you can point at things to see how hot they are. My case-o-matic temp gauge has a green zone and red zone. Typically how hot do they run when its 30 degrees Celcius? Like where does the gauge typically run and what temperatures does the different coloured zones on gauge represent?

been a while but the red zone should be in the 200-250,, heating in a 530/580CK unless something is wrong was never a issue, it will run at or a bit above engine coolant temp normally
