Really a vah?

This guy has what he calls a vah, but the tag shows vac, what is everybody's opinion?
If I wish for a vah I have one??

serial tag tells all a VAC, but a early one with wide adjustable front axle,, that alone is pretty rare,, at least he has the year right lol

It even comes with a engine block thas been frozen and broke behind the carb. It's been all Veed out for welding and never welded.
