Got the surprise of my life & had to eat my words. New customer calls me & says he just bought a CASE Model 21 Loader without a front pump, mounted on a 201B. It has an external resoivoir, add on valving, but is plumbed into the internal pump. I told him that someone robbed the external pump off & woodchuck cobbed it. I then googled the Model 21 Loader and discovered that what he has is factory. G-U-L-P!! He obviously is complaining about the slow Loader response.

Yep I have the same loader on 210-b with single acting cylinders. They have to be bleed at the plugs on the top of the cyl or they are slow to start lifting.

The single acting cylinders on a 21 are a displacement type. The seals are in the gland and the rod end in the cyl just has guides of cast iron or some other wear material.

Chuck-Chuck-Chuck!! You'd better go back & re-check your status w/ the Lord, because we only got enough last night to resemble a dew. Really sad around here. The paper this AM said this drought is the earliest ever on record. An 85 year old friend told me he's seen droughts, but never this early.
