Lee, I checked the throttle rod length. With throttle lever in full throttle position and the rod unhooked from the Carb lever looks pretty close on length. I left the rod unhooked and started the VAC, it wants to go right to full throttle. I have to hold the throttle arm back in idle position. If I let go it goes right to full throttle. Is that correct? Dick
