Penfield IL Case Summer Show Roll Call

Who's going to the J I Case Collectors ASSN Summer show this week in Penfield IL? It will be a very nice show from what I am told.Me and my son are going to be there Friday around noon and leave Saturday just after noon.
I hope to meet old friends and fellow forum members I have not seen before.

Dropped off a couple 500's yesterday, one of them is a bit "special" you'll probably spot it. Should be running around there tomorrow.

Did you drop a "Queen" 500 off?

One is just a restore, not a trailer queen though. The other one has a 4-71 detroit from a road grader planted in it. Apparently Case had experimented with this on the LA and decided it was better to go with the 3-71 for repower instead. The drawings from the experimental were used to fab up for the 500 transplant. Coincidentally, i just heard that the LA experimental with the 4-71 in it, is sitting directly across from it right now. So that is pretty cool.

Wish I could be there. Always wanted to go but am very active in the Rainsville show and will be there all weekend and most of next week to help get things ready for next weekends show.We are featuring those green and yellow machines.
