Just finished a 4 year engine rebuild project and now tractor is running great and moving, but has no power steering. It was always weak to start, but now after sitting empty for 4 years turning the wheels is impossible when tires are on the ground and difficult when off the ground. With tractor running I pulled the reservoir cover and I see very little fluid movement. Quick search showed no pressure usually equals a stuck open/failed relief valve. Looking for recommendations on where to start this troubleshooting. Thanks
