D310G cralwer injection problems

So, last fall I had a cousin offer me his 1969 D310G track loader. Hasn't ran since 1986, been inside the whole time. Gave it a once over and it needs a couple cylinder packings, changed the fuel filters and cleaned out the fuel tank, and changed the oil in everything. Dispite a full tank of fuel I had to bleed the filters by pressurizing the fuel tank. I cracked the lines at the injectors, barely and fuel cam out. The leak off line from the injectors to the pump has fuel blowing out of it when cranking. Seeing as this sat for 30 years so I just take the pump. I've been told it might have something stuck causing this? Any help? Tricks?

Jim,

It was great to meet you and your family @ the tractor ride Saturday. I can't help you with your fuel problem, but if you'll send me an email I'll send you the latest updated dealer list. Don

(quoted from post at 06:42:34 07/05/16) That is a very nice looking case crawler!
Yes it is, and for $500 I couldn't walk away from it. Had it been a gasser I probably would have passed it on to someone else as it was 200 miles from home. Going to try once more to start it since the pump has, been soaking overnight. It does smoke a little when you first crank it but goes away.

Repair a lot of pumps that have set awhile. Most will work again after a complete tear down and cleaning to free up the valves, plungers, etc. Hopefully the head is not seized and the drive shaft broken..

Nice machine, won't have to do much work to be well worth the money you gave and whatever you need to spend to get her going. Is the fuel tank filled clear up to the top? On my 400 to get it reprimed and pumping fuel tank had to be full. gobble

What do you charge to fix it?

If the injection pump is like most I see it can be repaired, tested and returned for about three hundred fifty. That's if the hydraulic head is not seized and drive shaft broken. Just sent one back to South Carolina. E-mail is open on classic if you would like to contact me.
