Well the grill is held in by 1/4 turn (maybe half turn) "Zues" type screws. I never had any problem removing or installing them but.....you have to be careful...

My my wife ws operating her mothers DB 1210 a few years ago bushogging. She notice the radiator was plugging with chaff (I was proud of her). She removed the grill and promptly blew the radiator clean with air hose nozzle (again proud of her). Re-installed the grill and promptly ran over it with the bushog destroying it (well the pride lasted for a few minutes anyway and a grill is cheaper than an engine).

I was not there, but my guess is she did not get the zues fastners properly seated. I am assuming some others may have similar stores but those Zues fastners they will eventually fail under vibration (Wish I would have changed out to a conventional bolt and clip nut now. Oh well.

Looks decent.

You don't want an original seat. IMHO, they are angled wrong and you always feel like you are going to fall out. The chinese/indian ones like you have on there is a much better seat(can get them in black).

Other thought, parts for that front axle are hens teeth, even in England, (bearings, seals, gears etc). Keep an eye on it, keep it lubed.
