I recently drained and refilled the oil in my Eagle Hitch assy. Guess it has been low,
as now it is leaking, where the control shafts enter the housing. Is that a difficult
repair ?? Ready to sell and this doesn't look so good... Thanks, Cleo Kain

if your just doing the shaft pull the 4 slotted screws out of the back cover shown in the picture remove the cover (some Residual oil may come out when you remove the cover). Inside behind the cover there's only one slotted screw that is squeezing a clamp that holds the two shafts in place you will have to pull or push the shaft arms forward or backward to get a screwdriver on the that screw. Remove the screw, then just Hold the clamp and pull up on the shaft to get it out. May be a good idea to scribe the location of the shaft to clamp before you pull it.

There's an o ring and a felt seal at the top also the two shafts separate and there's another o ring on the smaller shaft that slides into the larger one when you get it Separated you'll see what I mean. John S has the kits The shaft usually has corroded were the felt and o ring go on at the top. You may need to put some JB weld on the outer shaft at the top and smooth it down to bring it back to the right diameter to repair it if its real bad.

Sorry I guess I'm a little confused Your talking about the control lever for the PTO that engages the PTO. Boy I missed that all together wish there was an edit function. Regardless John S says he has the kit.
sorry for the confusion
Best of luck Byron
