A friend is rebuilding a '44 SC and needs to know what the factory diameter of the large end of
the connecting rod is. His rods are out of round and need to be re-sized. I do not recall seeing
this specification in any manuals. Thanks.

I need the diameter of the big end of an SC connecting rod that the bearing shell FITS INTO. The number above is the standard crank pin diameter of the inside of a standard bearing insert. I need the outside dimension of the insert shell. Thank you.
