Pulling 8500lb class with the 830

Pulled on Saturday with the 830 case o matic, she has no problem spinning the 20.8's in second low in 85, 95, and 10500lb class, in torque converter drive, this tractor is a lot of fun. Here's a short video.

When transfer pulling first started,you HAD to run 3 1/2 MPH minimum.Case 830 or JD4010 was third gear or higher.Caseamatic or TAs were no-nos as far as downshifting.I did good in 8500-10,000 and in 12,000(if needed to make a good class)with a 830 dual range.Was always in the top 3-4.,then big money took over.
