Case 1070...hadn't run tractor in 3 weeks
but today started up tractor & couldn't
turn wheels in either direction. I jacked
up front until tires cleared then I pushed
in wheel moving both back & forth a few
times started tractor back up & my power
steering came alive. What happened?
Hydraulic fluid was up to top sight too.
I'm puzzled.
