Hi everyone need help here, need some pics and instructions on case 930, a 1964 with serial #8250496, this tractor has the hyd. pump below the pto shaft not above, (have 3 different manauls but all show the hyd.pump above pto shaft, the problem i have is it just stopped working everything checks out good but no out put to brake away hyd. couplings, it was never low are hot and not ever low, the past owner did put in hyd. fluid that is not what it calls for I was thinking this mite have clogged something up but would like the pics on where everything is on this model, with the hyd pump under the pto shaft.

I have never heard of a 930 CK with a pump mounted below the PTO.

That said does this tractor have 3PT and does it work? If the 3 PT works then the pump maybe ok.

My first thoughts were you are very low on oil, have a restriction like a plugged inlet screen or a major pump failure.

You said you have NO oil at the outlets. Could the spool have come apart. I have seen the lever on top the spool become loose and not allowing the spool to function

Could you share a picture of the rear of the tractor. maybe the guys that turn a wrench for a living could give you a better answer.

All the chain drive tractors, such as the 64 Western Special, had a small chain from the pto drive shaft to the hydraulic pump driver. That small chain could have broke. I'd have to find my repair manual to tell you how to get at that chain, probably have to remove the pto housing. All these tractors had the hyd. pump below the pto.

He said 1964; that's before Case offered 3 point on the 930; 1965 was the first year for that option so the pump should be below the pto.

no 3 point an oil is ok for level waiting for schematic drawing of it so will know what to look for as never opened one of these up. so if u run across 1 please forward, and about the position of pump I to have never seen 1 above but I have 3 manuals that cover 730 830 an 930 and they all show the pumps above not below this is why stuck are I would have torn into it so thanks alot

ok thanks an yes please find me a schematic drawing i shore need it as I don't tear any apart tell i know what is in there learned my lesson along time ago there and cost me alot when i could have had a simple fix for nothing.

ok but do u know any one with schematic drawing they could share i am getting good advice but want that drawing it sure would ease my mind and thanks to u an everybody's support

u where rite said hell with it and opened up and found that the chain was just loose an so took out filter and the outer pump shaft was cracked ( wonder what cause this) it was just spinning around the inner shaft an never made a noise. the guy i just got this from said it did this to him 5 years ago an it never made a noise all that time. well any way if u got any ideal why this happen let me know as new to these, are u find that drawing please share sure could use that parts list, as will mostly likely have to pull and rebuild the pump, thanks for all.
