Case VAC 4 point vent leakage

I have been using my Case VAC for over 40 years now (just use it for spraying weeds - 70 gal boom sprayer). The last 10 years it has been leaking oil out the vent cap just forward of the foot peddles. I add oil through the fill up plug, but when I use the 3 point (going up or down) I get oil leakage coming out the vent cap.

Anyone have solution(s) for me to get this leak to stop?

the piston seal in the Eagle Hitch rockshaft is bad,, not a bad fix remove the bolts holding the rockshaft piston housing to get to the piston,, make sure you lower the arms fully first
