1070 bottom radiator hose sucks

On my 1070 I noticed the bottom radiator hose sucks in when the engine is running. I would assume this has a lot to do with the overheating. I still get some mouse junk out of the radiator. If the top of the radiator is plugged we would that cause this?

Drain your block and radiator, disconnect the bottom and top hoses from the block, fix up a hose to hook a garden hose to the bottom radiator hose with a tee in it to hook an air hose to. Run water from the bottom up in the radiator, and give it a short shot of air that will push the water through quickly. This seems to knock that mouse hair and crap loose. I had the same issue with an air compressor on a truck that plugged the entire radiator. It took several times, but the hair would just float out the top after the air knocked it loose. Good luck to you DK

I pulled the water pump out and blew water all threw the block, was some stuff hung up on a thermostat. I tried the garden hose filling it from the bottom and got some out. I'll have to try the Tee with air. I thought about hooking up a sump pump or something to it to really more some water. A garden hose isn't enough. I'll try the air trick.
