5 years ago, my family had to auction off my grandparent's farm equipment. At the time, I was only able to hang onto his 630. Over the last few years I kept an eye on the auctioneer's website and I noticed a 700 on today's auction list that looked familiar. On the phone with my uncle we were able to determine by looking at various "fixes" that my Grandpa had done over the years that the last owner left largely alone, that this indeed was my Grandpa's old 700. We were able to buy it back today. It is coming home to where it belongs. At this time, the imperfections used to positively identify it will be retained. Now to find time to get it back on it's feet and running again.
