I bought a 430. They had taken the inject pump off for the wrong reason. I am reinstalling. Have got new seals on the shaft and pump on ready to bolt up tight. Throttle was not tied back. Is this going to be a problem?

Pump should be OK if it was not dropped during handling, but it should have had the lever tied back anytime the drive shaft is out of the pump.
