I can across this picture on social media and I am not sure if it has ever been shared in this forum?
Any ideas on the location and name of this dealership?

Great picture, its very possible its 1941, as I think 1941 they did have straight pipes on the tractors. And the storm had not come to this country yet

Looks similar to the Hurkes Implement dealership in Watertown SD back in the 30s and 40s. All the major machinery companies had dealers on a long 2-3 block street including radiator repair shops and mechanic shops.

Pastor John,

That's the picture I have hanging in my office. New Lennox Motor Company, New Lennox, IL June 1941 Don

There has been several pictures posted over the years with that type of building with the high center portion and lower outside walls. So I guess the question is what was the building's original use or purpose?

Livery barn or Blacksmiths Shops were often transformed to repair shops[Dealers} as farmers transitioned from horse to tractors.
