Well Mother Nature has continued to put a stop to any of my planting plans so I guess I will go back and work in the shop. Neighbors planting tractor stopped for him after planting a couple rounds. Torque limiter shelled out. Springs from the hub are mostly gone, that junk could get into the MFD drive gears. I fished with a magnet and found nothing around the gears. They must have followed the side cavity and fell the the compartment behind this one. On other tractors I have found all sorts of broken parts in the second compartment when doing powershift repairs, Rod.

Sounds like I will have a similar week starting next Monday. Extended forcast is predicting steady rain Mon-Friday next week. Rained here all day today and temp in upper 30s, and some snow north of us.

Been wondering how your early planted barley is doing??? Planted spring wheat on 4/11 and it is up and running, lookin like a carpet. Starting tonite comes the rain. Corn ground is ready but not planted. Like Grandpa always said "more time wasted waiting for rain than there is on account of rain".

Well Rod, that neighbor that owns that "2290" is going to be pretty happy you cant plant!
