Case 430 hydraulic pump

Lift has got weak almost don't lift at all.i thought that the filter might me dirty so I removed it and it was full of fine metal particles.i drained the fluid from the reservoir and the same particles were in the fluid.they are brass colored.looks like I am going to need a pump.anyone know of a list of case models that used the same pump as my 430 serial number 8276419.has anyone ever tried to replace this pump with one mounted in front that is attached to the crankshaft pulley and use the same fluid reservoir and control valves. Thanks for any help ray
 
430 -5-630 will certainly have the exact pump ,..I would bet that the 200-3-4-5-600,all had the same pump ,,abelene machine mite have one .. thay are out there..if you posted a ad in classified here ,, you will find one reasonable

Ferrous metal like steel looks like brass when submerged in oil, check with a magnet. Not much help, most likely the pump. Going to be a real headache to clean the system.

Thanks.looks like I got lucky.the pump looks ok the o ring on the pick up tube was bad and the pick up tube screen was about 50 percent stopped
up.looks like previous owner had not cleaned the housing good after a repair.l have the parts on order and will have it running soon.
 
I was just wondering, do you have shuttle, triple range and/or hand clutch. All those assemblies reside in the torque tube submerged in the hydraulic oil. Pump being ok, metal could have come from a present or past failure of one of those especially if it is actually brass.
