Not sure what your problem is. You must be trying to reply to an old post in the arcives.
Do you have the hub on the disc faceing the propper direction and did you make sure as you slid the tractor back together that you aligned the outer hollow splined shaft that drives the hyd pump.
Since the hyd pump turns easily, it takes some finess to make sure the female splined hub in the pressure plate lines up correctly. If not you will bend the clutch cover if you try drawing the tractor halves together with the bolts.
