Some times parts pans are not enough

Took a break from working the front wheels on the 411,and got back to reassembly repacking bearings and wheel seals. Case work tip # 1. wire tie all new parts to bearings for reassembly so that you do not have to tear the shop apart ,only to find them on the shop table 2 hours later. No Barley Pops were harmed during shake down of the shop. Just saying. Chuck

I have that same problem around here too. Sometimes poping a barley pop is the best solution. Seam like magic, vaw-la after a couple swallows the missing part or tool that you just had in your hand reapears.

yep ,,,, now Beer HAD NUTHIN TO DO WITH THIS !. what gets me sometimes is when sumthin gets misplaced and or goes haywire ,,. , and I am thinking,,? Here I am sober as a judge ! , aint had a beer all day long !,,. and yet ,this silly chit occurs ?!,, kinda has a tendency to make a fella thirsty for a barley break ..

Over here on the east coast of Canada we have a saying; The fairies and pixies are at it,they have quit playing with the squirrels again !And yes after a couple sips, it usually works out.

Chuck,

Don't feel too bad. I've got 3 sheds to scatter parts in! The other hard part is to remember what I was looking for.

That is exactly how it went down. I am unable to wrench and partake ,so barley pops are used to bring perspective!

The old Amish man that I used to travel with a lot ,Always said that the older he gets the better his forgetter works. . Must be the belt came off as he died a couple years ago. .. Jack

I'm someone who doesn't like barley pops. Does that seem strange? What should I substitute for the barley pop? My favorite substitute is coffee although I have a heck of a time keeping it hot and I hate cold coffee.

Ron, Try Ice Tea and a little something to give it some zing. HeHe. The zing mellows your flustration when you can't find your part or tool, and keeps you from zinging the closest tool at hand, across the shop. Then you have to waste more time figuring where that tool finaly came to rest, because you now need it to install the part that you lost before it reappeared. It is a visious cycle.
