and the wife has me grounded ,today had followup appointment with my surgeon .my sara told on me. 2 trips withnephew james decided to buy ,,.went to cinci again on Thursday to bring truk home,..wedneday , we inspected 3 farms for landtrust and I bushhogged acre of scrub ground,,.. The Doc , told me I mite be overdoing it ,,, need to slow down ,,and I kinda agree ,.,.was planning on going to liberty Saturday ,,. will wait til next sunday ..even if I ride in comfortable car ,,.. it still jigglesmy insides beyond the comfort zone ..so now we rest , and all is good...glad I did not mention overseeing grinding feed for the cows Tuesday.they mite a nailed the door shut so I could not go outside .

YES do take the time to heal ... I went kind of thur the same thing 1 1/2 years ago ... see things that I wanted to do ..then afterwards paided for it ... the body needs time to heal and the older I get the loonger it takes ..
