At 7 degrees the temp was less than ideal for the testing. I did not hook up water for obvious reasons so I did a couple quick pulls before the dyno got hot. I did leave the tractor warm up before doing any loading. I did a test at full rated speed and then a test at 1300 rpms because that is the speed the engine will be operated when using the 540 rpm snowblower. Sorry for the blurred dyno readout. I did not realize that happened until I down loaded pics this eve. At rated speed we recorded a healthy 225 hp. Even at the 1300 rpm test the old girl would produce 125 hp. And that would climb fast with the addition of a few more rpms. You have to love the way these old turboed 504's in stock form plus a little additional fuel pull. I did set the governor a bit before testing so I really do not know at what hp it was operated at before. I will not be operating this tractor at full rpm for PTO work and if I do happen to use it for tillage work, there also I like to shift them up and run around 1700 rpm's. Rod.
