Just Read Machinery Petes spiel of auction prices ,, hay equipment prices are strong and PROVEN tractors 10 yrs and older are good sellers that fetch a good price ,, then he goes on to mention the older vintage tractors ,, it does not matter what color they are,.. and the ones with odd configurations and features are nice sellers ,,.Sounds good for the DC /SC, . and CASE o Matics ,, better get them when you can , he also said be prepared to buy everything at a auction that bargain prices allow and have discipline to leave with nuthin if bidders nose you aside ,..

"be prepared to buy everything at a auction that bargain prices allow and have discipline to leave with nuthin if bidders nose you aside" Sound advice. Sometimes it?s hard to walk away. I try and do as much price research on an item I have interest in ahead of time, put a max bid on paper and stick to it. I usually put a note on the bottom that says, there will be another farm auction tomorrow, next week, next month, and next year. Help keep things in perspective when you are bidding .
