1070 case lift arms fall

The old 1070 has always had a bleed off issue in the lift arms since we bought it. it lifts, then if the remote is utilized the lift arms start to fall, as soon as remote is utilized, lift arms go back up. is there a valve menagerie like JD 40-50 series has or a piston and seal that go bad, the depth control works well, the remotes seem to work ok, and filters and oil changes seem to make no change, in years of service and hundreds of hours the problem has gotten no worse, no better. Thanks, if there is good advice it will come from here.

I also have this problem with my 1070. 3 point is slow to raise and when I use the remotes it will drop. Also the remotes don't hold pressure after you release the lever. And when you shut the tractor off the three point drops like a rock.

Is yours a powershift? Mine will drop just a little when I shift through the ranges and go right back up again.
