530 exhaust manifold

I have a cracked manifold (rusted out) with two outlets on the top and one on the bottom. I have a bottom exhaust, muffle under the transmission / foot pan. I see some manifolds with two ports that are listed for the G148 or G164 motor, but don't say G159. My question is, will the two port manifold bolt up to the G159 block ? I plan to adapt to the lower exhaust outlet port. I think the manifold is a G2009 ?

For the early serial numbers Case shows the same part number for a 430 with the 148 engine and the gas 530. Go to www.parstore.caseih.com, look up the correct model number for your manifold, com[pare it with the same year for the 430 with the 148, and if it matches you are in business. For the early serial numbers, the part number for the manifold is G2042. Good Luck.

yes, the site shows that manifold for most of the 430 and the 530 tractors. It would appear they have the same bolt pattern and any manifold would bolt up to the 148 159 168 motors. Minor difference must be the muffler mounted on top, or bottom. I agree as long as a manifold has a BOTTOM port, then I should be able to use it on this 530 ......... mine is a backhoe industrial tractor.

well, I bought the manifold for the 148 motor in the CASE430 tractor and plan to install in my CASE530 with the 159 motor. Don't have the old one off, but the bolt pattern appears to be the same on the mount to the head.. Standing at the operators seat, the old manifold had a top exit at 12 o'clock and rear exits at 12 0'clock and 6 o'clock for the exhaust pipe. The new manifold has a front exit at 10 o'clock and a rear exit at 6 o'clock. I am using the bottom rear exit for exhaust pipe so that should work. I did note the old manifold has two bolts for the exhaust pipe adaptor on 3.25 inch centers and the new manifold is on 3.00 inch centers ...That should not be a problem since I need an adaptor plate to 2 inch exhaust pipe anyway.
