Case SC hydraulic cylinder repair

I have a 1952 case SC the Hydraulic lift cylinder is corroded significantly around the inside of the cylinder, surprising it held pressure when I removed it. Everything else is fine inside except a little O-rings damage from the corrosion . Can this cylinder be sleeved to provide a smooth surface again for the piston or has anyone got another idea how to fix it?
Thanks Byron

Is this the cylinder from the eagle hitch? If it is, then you can replace the whole thing, or the outer tube with one from a pre-eagle hitch tractor. The cylinders have the same dimensions, and the ones from the earlier tractors aren't in particular demand. There is one caveat; Some of the older pre-eagle hitch cylinders use a wire type snap ring rather than the newer flat style snap ring. In the ones with the wire type snap ring, both the tube and the cylinder cap are machined differently, such that the parts won't interchange with the newer style and must be kept together. I also have a spare tube in decent shape if you are interested.
