Well the son came up Sat. and we gave the 930 a bath as best we could, and squeezed it into the shop. I puttered with it yesterday taking the rest of the platform off. There is 47 years of gunk packed between the trans and floor plates. I will take the fuel tank off today after
I drain it. It came here nearly full. Enough fuel to run my Kubotas all next year. I need to replace the shaft seals in the remote valve and clean the entire trans before painting that, and then reassemble the platform.
I have to make up a radiator cap that I can pressurize, to figure out where the coolant is leaking into the oil pan. I suspect the #1 head is bad (fuel cells) but I will probably tear it completely down and replace the sleeve 0 rings while I'm at it. The engine has been apart, and I don't know what the inside looks like. I have budgeted for a complete out of frame overhaul, but we will see how it looks.
