danuser blade

(quoted from post at 22:19:09 12/20/15) Wasn't somebody was looking for a Danuser/Case blade on here the other day?

That would be me. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. It will be a 6 1/2 hour drive from here, but I think I can manage it.

The hook up area where the eagle hitch arms go looks like a standard Danuser blade instead of a Case/Danuser Blade to me. Nick

How so? It looks like it should be a category one hitch to me. What are you seeing that I'm not?

The early versions were similar but the pin was also the connector bolt for the top mast. The one in the picture is modified and the mount pin has been lowered.

Here is what I know about Danuser Blades They were made by Danuser under contract for Case. They also made them for IH,Dearborn,Allis and a few others. They have a Case tag on one side and a Danuser on the other. They also made regular Danuser blades for 3 pt with Danuser tags on both sides. I have one of these also. Parts are still available through Danuser Co. I had a nice conversation last year with Glenn Danuser the grandson of the original founder of the company. I also talked to him at the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville,KY. He said Case wanted Case tags on both sides and it took months for them to agree with putting Danuser on one side and Case on the other. He also said that their business really took off with the exposure from Case and Dearborn

Case/Danuser G16A Blade for 3pt and Eagle Hitch

The G-16A was introduced to use with the standard 3 pt hitch for Case tractors.

Case/Danuser G16 8' Grader Blade for Eagle Hitch Notice how it is made for the eagle hitch arms to fit into.

In this pic I have it in the angled position for putting diversion ditches in my garden.

Here I was putting in a diversion ditch below my shed and found a sand rock!

Here is a pic of my blade just for reference.

That was a good lesson on Case Danuser blades. Even though the blade on Craig's list most likely isn't one made for Case, would it still fit the eagle hitch on my 530?

i think I found one of these "case" danuser blades. Will they hook up to the vac or are they made for the bigger eagle hitches? It's a 6ft blade. Thanks
