Got the 300 up and running again today. It took some hefty troubleshooting after the tractor would not move in any gear. I apparently forgot to adjust the clutch rod after the new clutch was put in. After that things went smoothly until I had fuel/ignition problems. The tractor runs and steers nice I cant wait to get it mostly fixed up and out doing some chores.

Conner, its sure looking good from this end. You put a lot of time into it, and your close to the paydirt. Good job!

Great lookin project, I am sure you will be excited when it is ready to use. I am not familiar with the smaller tractor and believe it is the first time I noticed one with those front wheel weights. Rod.

Thank you for the replies.
It certainly has some spots that need to be touched up with paint (mostly where I had to add or remove parts) and there are other parts like the seat and PTO lever that still need to get painted orange.
Next step is to hook up the foot throttle and paint and attach the dash so I can get that finished up. The rest of the tinwork will have to wait until spring or summer. I can't wait to get it out beside the VAC though.
