Park on 2096

So park has never worked on my 2096 since Ive owned it. If I open the rear end what is commonly wrong? How big of job? Can I get parts? Thanks in advance!!!

Drain the trans oil and remove the square cover on the RH side of trans, just in front of rear axle. With that removed you can then watch and inspect the park linkage as you operate it and see what is broke or not working. Rod.

Rod is correct and has worked on many more of these than I have, but I think there is an external adjustment you should check 1st. I could be wrong, but I think it is possible, that if the adjustment isn't correct, the park lever may not even be engaging.
