I wished you guys could see these pictures the way I see them on my phone.
Maybe somebody could tell me why I loose half the color when I post on here.
The corn and corn stubble should be a very bright yellow like the sun.
The skies should be a very crisp blue instead of gray.
The pictures of the combine should be sharp in contrast and a brighter red.
On YT here the combine is blurry and discolored.
Is there a setting somewhere that will preserve the integrity of the photos when I post them on here?
I'm presuming my quality pictures my phone takes is lost when I unload to YT somehow.

Brad, sure looks good from this end. Nice equipment, but think about the old fella's in the shed. Did you get a chance to let them stretch their legs this year?

No Dan I didn't have any wheat this year but I'm having hopes for 2016. I did pull the 120 out of the shed to take it to the doctor. Don't know if it can be revived or will need a transplant but I have faith it will be a survivor as it's in good hands.

Good lookin pics Brad, corn and equipment look good also. I know what you mean about the true colors not showing up in a photo. So often I take what I thought should be a good pic and find out the camera just can not do the actual scene justice. Rod.

The neighbors cornfield next to our place, I noticed the outside row, the deer had eaten all the kernels off of the hanging ears. Can the operator of the combine see or know what has happened to that row? I'm sure the monitor would show a lower yield, but can the operator see what has happened. just wondering. gobble

He can see the stalks going down thru the rollers, but his main concern is that he is on the right 12 rows, and not to pick up a rock.

Brad, I hope you can get the old girl "unsick" and back to her old self. Gee there was still a few of these around here a few years ago, but not sure now. Do you have the parts you need for her?

I don't really know. Motor parts will be common to the D series tractor so not to worried there. Won't know about the mechanics of the machine itself until its running. I lost a local parts machine to a scrapper. I know of two parts machines in western SD but that was years ago. If they're still there I have no idea. Hopefully it won't need much to run. I've got my fingers crossed!
