470 fuel shut off question

When I went to shut down my 470 today, the shut off wire broke. I can see where it connects at the pump, but I can't see how its connected, and how to remove and replace it. It looks like the screw head is on the inside, and looks like its tough to get to. How much do I have to do to replace the wire? I feel like I'm missing something simple since I can't seem to see how it attaches at the lever at the pump.

there is a small hx head bolt that pinches it in the fitting on the pump shut off lever, only takes a turn or so to loosen to remove, I un hook the outer cable clamp and then loosen the lever clamp, yours is broken so you may have to hold it with pliers to keep it from turning, I always pull the kill back to kill to get access as well
