Can't get pto lever in off position on 1070

OK so I bought this 1070 about a month ago knowing full well there were issues & one of them is the pto won't shut off along with the lever in the cab wont go over the detent stop. Even with cable adjustments I can't get the lever over the detent in off position. Could there be something jamming up under the quadrant cover? It's so hard to see what I'm looking for. I can almost get it past but I've run out of threads on the cable. If I adjust the other way it gets worse & not even close to the off position. I even went as far as removing the bracket that anchors the cable, still no progress. Frustrating....

That little ramp and latch were a dealer installed update. Maybe the installer didn't screw the ramp down to the console in the correct position.

That's exactly what the case was. The spring loaded t-bar was misaligned by the 2 bolts. I simply loosened the 2 bolts & moved the bar rearward & re-tightened down. Stay tuned for my other issues....LOL. thanks
