Can anyone identify this plow?

I'd say it's a G series plow. The GR/GT share the same parts book, owner's manual and sales lit. The GR trips on the hitch and the GT has individual trips on the beam

It is a CH plow . Notice the forward motion of land lift wheel. It has spring trip hitch so it is not a trip bottom.

Paul has it right.....a "CH" plow. the "G" series was the economy line, with the axles mounted under the frame and without the scissor action lift.
