For starters I got my gauge cluster back for the 300. I had it restored and it looks really good I think.
It was pricey but you pay for quality. Joe DeMaio is the one who restored it for me if anyone is interested.
Moving along I decided to take shims out of my narrow front bolster for the VAC and add them to my wide front bolster in an attempt to loosen up the stiff steering. It helped a little but it is still work to steer the VAC. I've seen in the manuals that they recommend just flipping up the grill for maintenance so I gave it a shot. Worked out pretty well.
