Must have been, I tried to post this message 6-8 times, surprised its here as I could not get it to post,, Joe if you read this I have pics for your blade decal project, I will see if they stay,, support on 8' blades are Black, moboard is Black, CASE decal 7" DAUSER 8" hope these help, I can e-mail them to you if you like a swell my e-mail is [email protected]

Apparently, the "modern" and old sites are no longer syncing. I started that thread on the "Modern" site and nothing has made it over here....
Following is what I posted yesterday after your excellent pictures and explanation, thank you!

Tom, Thank you! That is exactly what I need, I thought that lower bracket was something other than Flambeau Red, and your pic confirms it was black.
I learned something else. I assumed the decals on the frame of these blades were all Desert Sunset letters, mostly because those are the only decals that have been visible on the blades I've seen personally. What your pictures show are the older blades had the black letter decals that were used in the last 50's. That is what my blade needs.

Joe, the one I have with the rippers and end plates we sold new with a 530 in 1968, all of the four I have here all have the same decals,,

Yes same either size,, only change is the extra blade support on the 8' ones is black, this one is 6' I have two 6' and two 8' units here

Joe, we did sell two new blades in 1970,, they were the same as the rest except they had the "70's" logo
