I a unable to find a sleeve and piston kit for 210B Case with a 126 Engine.
I was wondering if the 146 engine has the same sleeve parent bore as the 126 engine.

I could put together a kit, but $$$. The 148 Sleeve has a slightly larger O.D at the O Ring area of the sleeve, not much. Or, in other words, the 126 Lower Sleeve Bore is slightly smaller than the 148. If you could chuck the 148 Sleeve in a lathe, I don't think you need to remove more than .010" in that area of the sleeve. I could be wrong on that number, but it is not much. The upper sleeve flange is the same.
