I remember as a young lad ,helping dad build a Hay rack on the running gear. If memory serves me correctly ,dad had a Montgomery Wards 5-ton running gear and an Oliver 6 ton running gear with hay rack. Pastor John can fill in the blank, but I think we had a Montgomery Ward 6-ton gear with hoist and flare box. What's in your shed?

Chuck, I have a MONTGOMERY WARDS WITH FLAT BED AND 2 FOOT SIDES, A 10 TON NEW IDEA, INTERNAIONAL, AND KORY GEARS.

I have a taco running gear looks just like the standard tread gear in the picture. Maybe I should fix it and deck it, then pull it behind the 220 for straw.

Chuck, there is 6 Case VWTA running gears here. Also have a 6 ton Case and a * ton Case that were made by the Electric Wheel Company for Case. I made a header trailer out of one of them last fall....

Hello Chuck,

My neighbor Leo had a Case running gear under one of his hay wagons. It would trail well @ 50 mph! Here are my 2 Case running gears, both made by Electric Wheel CO, Quincy, IL.

No Case running gears, but I have a 5T Calhoun, 6T Allis Chalmers, Electric Wheel Co., two Kastens, and John Deere, two 8T Minnesotas, and a 9T Minnesota.
 
We have a case with tall spindles painted green 3 gehls a kasten ez trail 4 or Korys an old 8 hole ih 3 jds a bush hog with dump box and hoist 2 Knowles an old Massey Harris and several home built. 3 that I can't think of right now and 5 or 6 that I have no idea reason for so many is 5 hay racks 3 forage wagons 6 gravity boxes and so on actually after Kory and jd still still see a fair amount of David Bradley and case gears around here had a big sears store in eau claire years ago 4 good case dealers with in 30 or 40 miles.
