I had a fabricator in Emmetsburg Iowa build a hitch for my 1951 Case DC. It turned out great and handles my brushhog no problem. He thought he could kit it if anyone was interested in adding one to your machine.

Only time on the job will attest to it's durability, and that is one thing I see in Case tractors and implements time and time again! 2 sense!

I was never too fond of the PTO arrangement on the DC. It just seemed too high to me. Case changed this when they built the 400 by putting the PTO below the hydraulic pump.

Is implement sway going to be an issue with that setup?

Looks alright. I wonder how well the top bracket is fastened.

I like running bush hogs better with a chain in place of the top arm. Flexes more.

Back then PTO location was not standardized. Every brand
had the PTO at a different height above the drawbar.
I think Case PTO's are not bad. Better than a John Deere
with the PTO Offset to left left of the drawbar.

If you want a high PTO.Buy mAssey Harris!

I'm very concerned about the Top Link Bracket. It appears that all the stress is on the 2 top bolts of the PTO carrier. I would reinforce that bracket by carrying the stress forward to the back of the main housing. Other than that, I'm impressed, very clever.
