2594 powershift question.. Rod?

Have a 2594. Been an awesome tractor for me... Anyway, 9000 hrs never
been apart. The powershift is acting up. Sometimes it doesn't "torque
down" when clutch is pushed, sometimes it does. Circuit board is only
a couple years old. Wires all look good. Also when its not working
properly, 1,3,5 and reverse on powershift doesn't work. 2,4,6 are
fine. What's your thoughts?? Spools?

My thoughts are C-6 is not operating and is more than likely the culprit. Check for 12v at the C-6 solenoid with the selector in 1,3,5,R tractor running and Ign. switch on. There should be, if not it is a electrical issue and maybe even the relay board again. If there is 12v then you have a mechanical or hyd issue. You could then pressure check C-6 port as it could be a faulty solenoid which is not allowing oil to get to C-6 clutch. Rod.

IF the solenoids have bad wiring going to them (rubbing on something or cracked with bare wires exposed) it can cause a short and take out the board.
