Had the dealer repair my main pump drive gears a few weeks ago....got tractor home and the cover was leaking, so they came out to the house and re sealed it...now the range quadrants do not align with the shifter lever and each other so getting the tractor in 3rd or 4th is a fight.....what is required to adjust the quadrants? I assume it is just the cables that are in front of the cover they removed to do the gears?? I really don't want that mechanic working on my tractor again so I would rather not call and complain to them....

You are correct in your thinking about the cables being out of adjustment. I would expect that the tech wasn't the head mechanic, so may not have known that the cables had to be properly adjusted.
I would call the dealer and tell them what he didn't do correctly. If they value him, they will talk to him about your issue and hopefully he will learn from his inexperience. The dealer may also give you a credit on your account if you do the adjustments yourself and don't require another service call.
