Rim options for 530 taller than 28

Looking to increase the tire size on my 530 to something larger (30", 34" maybe 36"). What size axles are on the 530 and what is compatible with it? It has the power adjust wheels right now. I'm thinking a stamped rim that bolts to the hub would be easiest.

36" Wheels tire and rims from a 630 would bolt right up. Others have been able find pressed steel wheels that bolt up to the hubs...they will have to provide the dimensions.

A couple of things you will need to take into account if you make the changes.

1. Your eagle hitch or 3-point hitch arms are going to be too short. If your 530 is an eagle hitch model, you could swap the vertical lift arms and eagle hitch arms from a 630 (or 351/511B/611B). If you have a 3-point hitch, I don't know of an easy fix other than possibly having your lower lift arms extended, and finding a longer top link.

2. The tractor is going to sit nose-low unless you swap a front-ends from a 630. If your tractor has a later hydrostatic steering wide front, I don't know how you would raise the nose....

3. Your fenders are going to be too short. If they are the later clamshells a spacer could be fabricated at the base. If they are the full style fenders that bolt to the foot plates, your fabrication job is going to be more involved.

In the end, it might be easier and cleaner to trade for a 630 or even a 730 to gain the height you need... - Joe

I don't know what the odds are of finding one but they were available with 11.2 38 options in what they designated a high profile. I don't know what else was different on the tractor but it looked normal. Just stood taller. similar to what they did with the low gravity model but went up instead of down.

I remember one at the dealer but too long ago for this old man to remember specifics.

I have the taller fenders (with the spacer) and would be willing to trade for the shorter ones. These are not the clam-shell type fenders but the ones with the deck-plate extensions.
I also have VAC style clam-shell fenders if you would like to trade.

Joe, looking at my 630 fenders they look to be 530 fenders with factory welded extensions so, Wheat Straw if you know somebody with a 630 you could take measurements but Joe is right on the 3pt if it is eagle hitch everything will need to be changed out from a 350/351, 511/611 or 630. If it is conventional 3pt then parts may be easier to adapt, not sure.
