Stuck crankshaft

I recently purchased an LAI with a stuck motor. I got the stuck pistons and all the sleeves out and I could spin the cranshaft freely. It sat a few days and now its stuck! What could of happened?

Lots of things could have happened. First I would check that you did not engage the clutch.

Also make sure a rag or something didn't get in there and hung up. A "friend" told me you look real silly when that happens and don't catch it!

Clutch is not engaged, I actually put the tranny in 4th gear and tried rocking it back and forth, but no luck. No rags, I even flushed around cranck bearing with PB blaster.

Where are you located at? I also have an LAI. Mine runs but needs rear rims.
