Is this a Case manifold?

Hello Case gentleman, I would like to ask of your knowledge what this manifold fits. I believe it to fit a Case, but not for sure, it came with a bunch of Oliver parts I bought that had a mix of Case and MM parts thrown in with it. I don't have any Case's, so I don't really need it and would like to sell it if I could identify it. If it is Case, any idea of what would be a fair price? Its in good shape, needs a little cleaning though. It looks like it has a crack in the picture with the casting, but that's the table it's setting on. Not trying to get rich, just don't need it taking up space. Thanks a lot guys

Continental...yes...looks to be a forklift one...BUT will fit a VC or VAC and 300 430. But where the exhaust exits , would be very hard to work with. Like impossible.

I thought that it kind of looked like a continental. Oh well, guess I'll just toss it back on the shelf lol.
