VAC-14 Air Cleaner Blocks Choke Pull

My choke pull works fine until I tighten the air cleaner to the block. Everything appears to be in its proper position. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, I did have this problem. Someone had bent the arm which clamps onto the choke cable and attaches it to the carb. I had to bend it a little to keep the choke cable from hitting the air cleaner. There is not a lot of clearance between the air cleaner and block, and the choke cable needs to fit through there without hitting anything.
